 It's been a long time since we've been as impressed with a product. Until now we have considered the Sennheiser BW900 the best wireless microphone for use with Dragon. While we loved the convenience of the Sennheiser DW Office, which allowed seamless movement from the phone to PC, we never felt the speech recognition accuracy nor external noise rejection was quite at the level of the BW 900. Now things have changed.
For any user wishing to go wireless, either for VoIP or speech recognition, and especially for the user wishing to use the same set-up for wired telephone use, this is the perfect product. This DW Pro has all the features of the DW Office and betters the quality of the BW900. It is, in our opinion, an amazing product.

Comments: Honest to God, we are having a hard time containing our enthusiasm for this product. On the first night I tested it, with a brand new profile set-up on the new medical version of Dragon I witnessed absolutely flawless performance. I then asked my 9-year-old, who is used to hearing dad say "can you keep it down a bit", to come over and be as loud and as obnoxious as he wanted. Not surprising, he didn't hesitate. Amazingly, Dragon didn't hear a bit of it and continued to work flawlessly. The downside of this product? First, it doesn't use Bluetooth frequencies, so you cannot directly pair the headset to your computer. Second, it's expensive. But you are clearly getting what you pay for with this product. By the way, the only difference (beyond price) in the Pro-1 and Pro-2 is the number of speakers. Performance is otherwise identical.

Sennheiser HSL10 Telephone Handset Lifter
 The HSL10 features quality construction and simple connection to the DW Pro series microphones, and also works with the BW900. The HSL10 also features recognition of up to 2 different ring tones, flexible mic placement and an extender arm for simple connection to most phones. The BW900 + HSL10 is a complete wireless solution for simple, efficient call management in any office or contact center environment.
Sennheiser Description: "The handset lifter, HSL 10, lets you remotely answer and end a desktop phone call with your BW900. The HSL 10 is connected to the BW900 base station, which is in touch with your wireless headset. By answering or ending the call on your wireless system, you send a command to the HSL 10 to raise or lower the telephone handset. Of course, it works within the entire range of your system's base station.
What's more, the handset lifter can be trained to recognize two different ring tones- for example, one tone for internal calls and the other for external calls. The intelligent gadget then passes the ring signal to your wireless system to inform you of the incoming call. Now that's convenient."
