We are dedicated to providing the service you deserve. But if you read the "About Us" section, you learned that Speech Recognition Solutions is a
family-run business. Although we process about 2,000 orders a year and are regularly complimented for our personalized support, our low prices and relatively low annual profit does not allow us the luxury of quitting our "day jobs" and being available to answer calls during the day. We ask for your understanding in not having us answering the phone the minute you call.

Please consider the following when trying to reach us:

1. We check email throughout the day and this is generally the best way to pose a question to us, troubleshoot a problem or request a return. We answer most emails within a half hour or so. The best means of emailing us is at this address: jon@speechrecsolutions.com Feel free to leave a phone number in your email if you believe a direct conversation will best deal with your question or request. We will almost always get back to you within an hour or so.

2. Although we check phone messages throughout the day, we are often unable to return calls until the evening. So if you are calling from a work number and won't be reachable at that number during the evening, consider leaving an email address or an evening contact number. And again, you will probably get a quicker respones if you contact us via email.

3. If you are uncomfortable placing an order online and want to place it on the phone, please drop us an email, and we'll give you a call back to complete the order process.
