Comments: This is a highly reliable, good quality microphone for use with speech recognition software. Because of the USB interface you need not worry about sound card compatability issues and, in addition, you can expect good compatability with both a Windows Vista machine and with a Macintosh. The only difference between this microphone and the TalkPro USB 100 is that this microphone has two speakers. Be aware, though, that this does not provide actual stereo sound - both speakers provide the identical sound.

Comments: We were skeptical about this microphone given its very modest cost, but were very pleasantly surprised at its performance. Not only is it highly accurate when used with Dragon, but it's also extremely good at external noise rejection. It comes with 3 mounting platforms: an ear only mount, a typical over-the-head mount, and an around-the-back of the head mount. We found the back of the head mounting platform very stiff and uncomfortable (it seems to have been designed for a childs head), but the traditional headset mounting was both comfortable and stable. Remember that this microphone requires a Bluetooth equipped PC (or an adapter such as the Anycom USB-250 or USB-500.

This is a combination of the B150-GTX headset with charger (shown above) and AnyCom USB Bluetooth adapter.
